styler Forums Junkie Location: brisbane Registered: October 2004	Re: 3K Starter Motor Wed, 16 February 2005 00:58 it could be bad contacts to the solenoid, if not... it seems the starter is ok, its the solenoid that doesnt engage and pull the gear onto the flywheel, from what you have described. i think you can get replacement solenoids. as for getting it off... <runs off to look at car>, hmmm looks like a dog to get out, it *might* be able to get it out once the two bolts are undone from underneath if you are lucky, remembering to disconnect battery before lol.
