depends on what it comes with and condition of the motor. if its just a bare motor then $350 is an ok price but not the cheapest i've seen.
theres heaps of stuff for this but generally converting a 4age from fwd to rwd. principles are the same though. the hardest part will probably be the wiring loom. and don't forget about the fuel lines/pump too.
