2T vs 2TG: Economy Sat, 19 February 2005 03:10 Go to previous message
ive got 2TG in the shed that im about to swap into my TA22, and im just curious about the fuel consumption. the TG is stock as a rock for the moment, except for the extractors & 2" exhaust that are coming off my 2T. my 2T is pretty warm, with a bigger carb, mild cam, and the above mentioned exhaust system. i get about 12L/100KM at the moment with the odd hard fang and alot of mountain driving (i live in the dandenongs), which includes alot of rolling down hills aswell as going up them remember.

question is, what will my (88260) 2TG economy be like compared to the 2T? im pretty sure i'll drop a little power compared to the 2T (112hp 2T worked vs 115hp stock 2TG) as ive no doubt gained more than 3hp. but economy is fairly important to an an independant 18 yr old student Rolling Eyes
