Pfft. Take your springs to a spring works. They can reset your current springs to a lower ride height for a fraction of that.
Or, you can get them to make NEW springs for you at the desired rate and ride height for $80-100 a pair.
If you take your springs to the spring works the only extra information they will need from you is the installed height of your current spring.
See, not really that hard not to be a complete cretin.
