The 13T is a 3T motor with non califorian based emission control.
These motors were typically found in commercial vehicles. It is possible that it may have a twincam head but this wasn't standard. The 13T is much like the 2T and 3T, a single cam burried in the block with pushrods, The wide head design is caused from the spark plugs being mounted throught the top for even combustion in the head.
Can you get a picture of the motor up so we can tell what it is?
Regards Dale
