my idle is at 850 but it jumps all over the place, as low as 600 and up to 950-1000. I run it on premium and have the timing advanced about 6-7degrees and sitting at traffic lights can be a pain, car shakes a lot. jump on the go pedal get the idle over 1100 and its fine  remember it is a small 4 cycl so the idle vibration could just be coz thats how it is if u want u could set the idle up a little higher there is a big knob on the back of the carby on the passenger side just turn it a little bit till the revs rise a bit, u may need to take of the air cleaner to get to it tho
