Thanks guys. Problem is that I don't have a tacho, so I can't properly estimate what it is idling at Rolling Eyes

I can't quite put my finger on it, but something just doesn't seem right. The car is a bit 'jerky' when I take off and it vibrates at cruising speed - kinda like the wheels are out of balance, but they were fine before the transplant!

Also seems to jerk when I accelerate or brake. I wonder if I'm missing an engine mount or something?

The damn towtruck guy left the hand brake on when it was towed (by the front wheels) to the mechanic. Could these things be symptoms of worn out rear (drum) brakes?

Thanks again.
