yeah i do, just the one from the tech section.....but all it tells u is how to re use the old shims and buckets

i want someone who knows to tell me how they went in doing it....cos from what i hear u have to put the shims and buckets in then re bolt the cam on....then use a feeler gauge to check gaps...then take cam off...do it again..and so on....i just want to know how many times it takes normally....because its one thing to read a manual and it says do this until its all ok....but hearing from someone who has done it is different....same with my other question

like for example...when you change springs at home....u might have trouble undoing the main nut because normally its done with an air ratchet

i want those sorts of tips....stuff u wouldnt think to check before u start... Cool because in the end we are all here to learn a thing or 2 right? Razz

thanx Adam
