Ta22 Engine Question Mon, 21 February 2005 08:01 Go to previous message
Hey Guys

A friend of mine has just purchased a 1973 ta22.
Apon checking engine / chassis numbers he has found the vehicle is fitted with a 3t but is registered with the original 2t.

I know the 2t is a 1.6L

Is the 3t a 1.8L ??

Can the car be registered with this engine or do brakes need to be changed etc?? Is an engineer cert required?

Regards,
-Phil
