well i thought they said 7 and thought they said honda but like i said i can't be sure, just when i drive an auto i find it a pain in the arse going up hills and so forth with how they sometimes can't decide what gear they want to be in and keep on up shifting and downshifting, but i guess that might be reduced a little as with that many gears the ratio's would be much closer together so you wouldn't notice as big a difference when it up and down shifts.
anyway what am i talking about i have no mechanicle knoledge of auto gear boxes, still puzzled in how they actually work, wouldn't mind getting one to pull apart and check out.
