Disregard screw size, the stud size will not be info you'll find out about for wheels, it's a standard thing. It's the number of them and their spacing which is important.
If you're unhappy with the stock rims, you have to think about two things. Obviously, if you upgrade the wheels, you'lll undoubtedly get wider ones than stock. This will push them out by half of the width increase.
Changing the offset to a lower one will also push the wheels out further. Ultimately though, you're going to come to a guard or something else in your way.
30mm is a big spacer in terms of wheels, there should be plenty of wheels that can look the way you want without having a need for them.
