Have a look around for some of ed_ma61's work 
(a few other people have talked about warming up 7mge's as well which a search might turn up, but most people decide not to follow through with the idea....)
Anything is possible, but it would prbly be cheaper and easier to just put a 2jz-ge in 
Bear in mind to move the power band like that you'll need some interesting cams, which I'm not even sure are available...and if they are I suspect they will cost a fortune
