f33t Newcomer Location: Brisbane Registered: August 2004	removing the sump Wed, 23 February 2005 01:15 I have taken off all the bolts but still cant manage to pull the thing off. It appears to be firmly stuck on by the gasket sealant. Any tips on how to get the thing off or get rid of the sealant. I have already tried hitting the side of the sump with a seft hammer and that did nothing. Sump is on a 4ac by the way. Also two of the bolts were actualy nuts. So there is still two threads comming out of the block i think and through the sump. Should thses be there or is something farked. [Report message to a moderator]
