cressidamods Newcomer Location: Dubbo Registered: February 2005	cressida gear box swap, auto to manual Wed, 23 February 2005 03:55 hi i have a 1989 toyota cressida with a 7mge motor and i want to swap the automatic gear box out and put a manual in does any one no what gear box type would fit straight on to the original cressida engine. i want to know what needs to be done to swap the transmission over as well as apoximate pricing if any one knows. i just want to swap the gear box over not the engine.
