Perhaps an idea for your car too? Shielding on the turbo and on the master cylinder as well? You could paint the outside of the master cylinder shield with high temp bright Aluminium for extra heat reflectivity. Of course a coating based on IRR (infra red reflective) pigments would be better manmx83 is right too - the best airflow is gained by generating a vaccum that sucks air through the engine bay and a lot of scoops/vents/speed holes interfere with this.
