The TrueTrac doesn't lock up 100%, but neither does a clutch-type LSD. You won't be disappointed with the way it gets power to the ground though, it's very progressive and torque transfer is at least as good as a clutch LSD. Also there are no wear components (eg clutch packs) which need to be replaced periodically.

As for lockers, they're quite brutal in operation; they go from open to fully locked pretty much instantly, so they're anything but progressive. Good for drags but I wouldn't recommend them for much else.
