Thats pretty close but i'd like to add a few things..

Item 2: before filling in dents scratches etc give the area a rub with 180-240, also keep in mind that scratches can also be whizzed out depending on the depth. Sand bog with 180-240 dry

Item 4: Whiz the repaired area's with 320 on a soft pad. You dont have to undercoat the whole bar, if you have a lot of repairs i'd say yes but if you got a small area just do that area.

Item 5: Guide coat primed area's and rub back with 320 dry on a block, once primed area's have been blocked whiz the whole bar with 500.

Item 6: Paint normally, dont favour the repaired area.

Pretty sure thats the process we use at work but different people do different things Very Happy GOOD LUCK
