Yes you can ride a 650 on your L's or P's now, I'd hardly call them sporty though..... The same power to weight ratio applies as before though.
No more than 150kw/tonne. A CBR is right on this limit.
This is why you can't ride an RGV or RS250 on your L's as they make more than 150Kw/Tonne.
Most of the Learner Legal 650's wouldn't stand a chance against a CBR250RR.
They introduced this so FATTIES could ride a bike on their L's before they bought their harley.
I'm a jap supported in both cars and bikes....nothing better!!!.
