All of the stuff other than the compressor and lines should be fine for you to use. Compressor I'm not sure you will find something for an 18RG, easiest way would be to mount up an 18RC compressor. AFAIK you will need to mount it in a different spot to the original 18RC. I'm pretty sure there are a few things on it in the tech forum.
