Re: ke55 diff upgrade

S3 bluebird diffs are too wide and need to shortened to fit. Also LSD centres for these are hard to find.
TA22 diffs are the same width as the corolla and are T series. It will need to have the mounts swapped with the corolla ones to fit.
RA23/28 diffs are a little wider than corolla but again will only need the mounts swapped to fit. These are also T series and I have read that the RA28 diff is stronger than the TA22 and RA23. LSD's are available for T series diffs but I have read they can be expensive.
Finally for a bit of overkill you could use an early 2WD hilux diff. These are also a little wider but only require the mounts to be changed. LSD's are easy to get. They take 5 stud wheels though so some modification would be required but if you are doing a brake upgrade you could swap the fronts to 5 stud to match.
All of these options have been discussed on here before so have a bit of a search and you should find most of the info you need.
Basically you could make whatever diff you want fit it all depends on how much you want to spend and what you need.

Also i have hilux disks for the front brakes and apparently i need some Peugeot calipers. does any one know what type of peugeot calipers are needed?
I think you will find the brake upgrade you are thinking of for the front requires Hilux callipers and Peugot disks
