FWDBOY,

The rear harness leads are bolted horizontally to the the top of the rear seat belt mounts so they have no downward preassure at all. Completly in line with the holes in the seat that they go through. The rear seats are folded down permanently. The Harness's are 'Belt and buckle' style from Sabelt racing.

As for it to be legal, then I have know idea, I saw in a magazine that sayed they were but at the place I bought them off sayed no harness are legal. Standard seat belts are still in place just in case I get pull over. The harness's fell way safer then the lap sash. And if you get the full racing type harness they have an expiry date on the them.
