my mirrors came off a '89 s/c import. no extra wires to make them retract.
stock pre-update aw11 mirrors are very similar to ae90 series corolla. i know for sure that the glass interchanges. beyond that anything is possible - look at later celica i would suggest.
nz best source for those parts - last year i bought a whole running t-bar roof auto aw11 over there for $300!
