she hasn't signed anything
the insurance compay says "We have paid him to do the job if it isn't done it's up to you to sort out"
not in those words but pretty much.
I'll tell her to called dept of fair trading I'd assume it would be a country wide thing.
I told her to take them to the small claims court but it's a bit extreme for the present point in time.
