Dont bother with the old harness. You'll find that the new harness that will come with the new computer will have everything you need. Just use the plugs off the old one.
And you'll find that the new harness probably wont need some of the old stuff anyway.
A t28 is pretty good for a 4agte. You dont get much lag.
From my experience i would get a 2.5 inch exhaust for your 4agte. 3inch is a little on the big side.

Oh by the way, how will you get it enginered with a 4agte in it? my mate makes these cars and he told me that its hard to get it passed with a 20 valve let alone a gze/gte......
