im spewin i took the 2tg/3t route over turbo, theres just no potenital left in that engine.
im wishing i went with a 4agze over a 3tgte though. as its basically just a better engine, easier to get power from and already has ceramic coated forgies 
i guess it depends what you want, but if you do split your parts ide be interested in those cams to keep me a bit happier for a while.

What a load of Crap ! Your 2T/3T hybrids performance is a direct reflection on the choice of parts and ability of the people who built it ! Don't blame an engine package for human error. 2TG/3T Hybrid's have been making upwards of 200fwhp since the 80's !
As for the 4AGZE v's 3TGTE comments once again this is pure opinion and depends greatly on have you define a better engine and of course what you want from it. They both offer allot of potential and the 4AGZE is of course a much newer design with a twice the valves responds well to mods.
A 4AGZE is NOT a BOLT in swap from a T series engine !
The T series engines are old and don't suffer stuidity. You make a mistake building one they will let you know ! (As will most engines)
Heres some perspective for you.
Dyno day 7 - Jason Myers KE-20 3T-GTE 190.5 - Class Winner
Thats 190 rwkw from a basically STOCK 3T-GTE with the ONLY internal change being forged pistins. Just a CT26 and custom inlet and exhaust manifolds !
