Commodore VK V8 consider swap with cash

My commodore has to go to many projects, consider swap for a corolla with cash my way. Wife wants a cheap run about and I want to put some time and money into new corolla project,so the commodore (and cruiser) have to go to clear some debts.
Right it's a 308 with headwork,big cam,balanced bottomend,roller rocker etc
good body, good interior,new suspension ,plus a heap of other new parts
I'm looking at $5000 but as I said will consider cheaper car that is cheap to run and cash my way
