I can tell you that those valve springs (RR4) are made by Performance Springs. My brother has those in his engine.
We have 3mm aluminium spacers under them to make up some of the installed height. We were informed that we would have to space them to get the right height for those springs.
Verdict: Pretty good, 8000RMP and no hint of valve bounce.
$88 for valve stem seals, WOW BABY.
We paid $12 for the whole set.
Aahh the joys of a machinist that knows that Toyota "2L" Diesol engines are about the only other engine (2t/3TG excluded) that use an 8.5mm valve stem.
We paid a little extra for the top chain, so that we could get one that didn't have split rollers (they tend to come off and things go to shit).
The other thing is to make sure that your main bearings are right. There are two types apparently, sperarate thrust and integral thrust for 18R blocks.
We chose to go for the chrome rings because cast ones were not advisable for high revving engines.
