Either timing is off a little or you've got spark plug trouble.
Injectors trouble at low rpm doesnt really make sense, if there was trouble with the injectors wouldnt it be more noticable up high in the rpm or under load, where good fuel delivery is needed.
Ive had this delima before, gap your spark plugs at 1.0mm and see how you go, might even pay to get decent new ones.
Also check for air in the cooling system, put the car on a big hill facing upwoods and open radiator cap, if there is any air in there it will escape.

P.S might also be the dizzy bearing is on the way out.
