id definatly go for some sorta t3 on a 4agze. running a ht18 rx7 turbo in a gtst exhaust housing milled out now, and that has stuff all lag and good pull to limimter!
im sure your turbo will be fine for what you want, but im aiming for 300+hp on my setup

GTR's have a T25/28 exhaust flange which is the same as a T25 or T28 off an S13-S15 sivlia, not T3 flange, and the exhaust housing is tiny which would be perfect for the 4AGZE, as it would mean very quick response and the ability to still achieve around 150-170rwkw
