i've got this problem too, my passenger side is flush with the guard (sits right on it, can't even fit a 20c coin in between ) where as my driver's is abit further in.
but i've changed my control arms so that'd explain why.
Yeah I initially thought it may be the alignment, but just had that done and no change.. I forgot to ask them too which is annoying .
