to fill the coolant look at the radiator it gives a good run down on how to do it... else.
take off the under carrage lining and you will see two pipes for coolant. about where your feet sit you will find two 10mm bolts. whip them out and you will start getting poured in coolant.
there is also a block drain but it is conveniently located underneath your air conditioning compressor. (hence i couldnt be bothered)
drain the coolant from those drain points *theres a bit of it* then i blast it with the hose (drom the filler point) flush out any crap. then make sure its all drained. get the hose supplied (in the frunk next the the master cylinder behind the plastic lining.
then attach it to the connector on the radiator (top passenger side) and open the valve a few turns.
make sure you have all the drain bolts in. then ive always done it with the tail slightly jacked up, start filling until you get coolant coming up the hose. once it stabilies the level in the hose (attach it to the hood lining) then close the valve.
attach the hose to the similar attachment on the heater inlet. and again fill until it is coming up the hose. close.
then there is a third bleed point on the hose located above the gearbox. attach it to that and again contrinue filling until the hose has coolant in it. close the valve. keep filling until you can see coolant running up the hose into the overflow bottle. (or does it not have the external hose just straight to the bottle) cant remember it may just go straight to the bottle.
then top it up until it is full run the engine for a bit and top continue to top until she will take no more top up the overflow bottle (worth taking out and cleaning whilst your at it) and voila your done.
oh and remember to use toyota red coolant.. its the shit
