steering boxes are all solid mount, and the idler is solid on a few, so i wouldn't worry that much.
all race cars are solid!
Citroen racks(ID, DS & SM) are solid mount, and the only rubber bushing in the entire steering & suspension is a very small one on the inner tie rod to rack joint. all suspension arm joints are tapered roller bearings, even on a 2CV.
