Any mods that are performed like Turbo/Super charging MUST be cleard by an engineer. If the engineer passes the car the RTA CANNOT knock you back. They ONLY have the authority to fail your car if your indicators, wipers, headlights etc. are not functional. Remember, they are only Public Servants and not qualified engineers.
