you can get it rebuilt for bout $300 or convert it to rack'n'Pinion
you can use a rack from i believe its a 79 mazda 323 or the old lasers apparently fit too. it will need some mods to get in and sit right but can be done.
i am still yet to know anyone that has done this as there is no real need since it is such a light car and if you dont have the strength to turn it then get a caqr with power steering
