Hi,

You should of stayed with the carbs.

If they are properly tuned and set-up - and I mean properly by someone that knows what they're doing - you'll not have any cold or warm starting issues.

There appears to be a lot of misinformation regarding carbs are poor at cold starts. Well, yes they are if they're not properly tuned.
