I just did a conversion on mine, just so you know it is easy as!
You will need to change the brake master cylinder as it has diffenrent bias than the drum brakes. I didn't need to change the uprights. I just pulled off the bearing complete with studs and changed it over. No need to pull off the suspension at all.
