know the feeling.. if i watched the road outside my apartment, i'd say at least 5-10 cars bump park every day... is absolutely pathetic..
last one i saw was a volvo wagon reversing into a van.. the van had a 10-15cm dent left in the front!!
my bumper bars are rooted from similar and my front numberplate has so many towbar marks 
people suck.

man if i were you id be sitting by the window with a slingshot and seek some revenge for strangers  either that, or go leave a note on the car saying you got the other persons details.
