Bad guess.

Easiest way if it is not listed in the TRSM, is to get a multimeter and temp probe and watch the bars light up from cold and note the temp.

Typically, gauges start at about 50 deg and the top of scale is about 150, and centre should be about 90 to 100 degrees. It may not be linear either.
