7KE apparently has a wider skirt than a 4/5K due to it's much longer stroke (88? vs 73), and it also has a taller deck height because of the stroke.

you may find that the KE30 engine mounts, even if they do bolt up, may sit too wide.
KE20 or KE10 engine mounts are narrower. but easier to just mod the old ones to accet any of the rubber mounts that have two bolts to mount (ie cortina etc)

as long as the bolt pattern to flywheel is same as 3/4K, it should be ok. if the bolts are same, clutch will be ok. you might want to get a flywheel machined up to take a 4AG clutch tho, as the 7K has a lot more torque.

the 7KE manifold on a lowered 4K fits under a KE10 bonnet, so i think it should be ok.

what is the 7KE costing? being new and not so common in wreckers yet...
