Has the car been running recently on the injectors that are in it?
Remember that the cold start injector (CSI) uses a timer that is located on the thermostat (usually). It sounds to me like it is the CSI that is starting the car and the injectors aren't firing.
Give them a rap with a steel rod. Every import that I have had has required the "injector rap" to unstick them.
And stop repeated posting like a maniac - please try to be at least a little patient
edit/ it definitely does NOT sound like a flooding issue.
