assuming you currently have a 165/75/13 ( not a 165/78.. no such size exists.. at least not to my knowledge)
the 185/60/14 will be a perfect rolling diameter match.
however the rim size may be an issue.
if the standard wim is 4.5" then at least in NSW (yes i know your SA but im just giving you the info) you can only go legally +1" width legally.
id suggest contacting your local transit dep.. rta/vic roads/ etc (cant think of the sa equiv.) and ask them for the definitive answer. also worth asking your insurance company what they will cover. keeping in mind the wrong rims on there will void your insurnace... not good if you kjust backed into a ferrari.
so tyre no probs but rim may be too wide..
