the seat belts should have been changed, the fuel filler should have been changed, it should have english tyre placards and tune up label.
he should have an engineering certificate for it and copies of the import paperwork. i wouldnt touch it without these two.
your other option is to take the VIN and try and contact DOTARS and see what scheme it was importe uner to see if its legit.
but personlly id be careful. it may well be a numbers job.
