there are only a few differences with the AE92 and AE101 4A-GZE frontcuts
1. All but one. The Rear gearbox mount (towards most rear of the car) is different. You need to buy an AE92 GT-Z engine mount from Toyota.
2. NO!!! Separate the gearbox and engine, measure the original clutch disc diameter and call Nick's Clutch in Brisbane. There are two sizes of GZE clutch - 225mm and 230mm, and they each have different pressure plate PCDs too!
3. Not fvcking likely
4. Front brakes, yes. See the brake conversion guide in the FAQ on http://www.twincam.org/forums since if the f/cut has superstruts there is a little more work involved.
Steering rack, also yes - but you need to retain the AE92 tie rod ends AFAIK
5. Not really. AE92 map and AE101 map gze's are virtually identical. AIr con lines are different...
6. Yes that is achievable. Get an ARC or similar topmount (replaces factory), a 175mm Nevo pulley set and a good tune. If in sydney i recommend Silverwater Automotive SServices - they are a Toymods sponsor.
