Sump pressure problems....urgent help please Fri, 18 March 2005 02:43 Go to previous message
Hey guys just after some pretty urgent help if anyone can help.

My TA23 with 3TGTE is currently getting an intercooler / turbo upgrade + other necessary mods. At present everything is hooked up and ready to be dyno tuned. The car idles and runs fine until it hits boost, when it hits boost it blows out white smoke.

The guys who are working on my car cant seem to work out the problem, the sump after being tested has a pressure of 5psi, my engines compression is perfect, they have checked the PCV valve and it is fine. Also my oil catch can has no oil at all in it.

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated, this is the only thing that is stopping me from getting my car back, so yea I am very keen to get it sorted.

Cheers,
Mitch.
