Welcome to the forums! A 1JZ Starion? Sounds way cool! Many of us MA61 Celica-Supra (which some would argue is the Toyota equivilant of Mitsu's Starion) owners have done the 1JZ transplant, and would be really interested in hearing (and seeing) more about your car - it sounds fascinating (I still remember being a little kid, seeing a black Starion on a raised platform at a 1984 car show and thinking it was the coolest car EVER!).
Anyway, why don't you introduce yourself and put up a few pics in the memers' section. I'm sure lots of us would be greatful!
