I point out that in a camera detected fine there an infringment notice is sent to the registered owner of the vehicle, not necessarily the person driving, as that (if not the owner) is transferred by stat dec. Be aware of the statute of limitations that apply in such cases. I am not disagreeing with you, but it does pose some doubt. In the case of a red light or a rear spped camera shot, the identity of the person driving is obscurred making it so much harder to acertain the person. regards tony [Report message to a moderator]
