The only issue with getting it to fit is that the flex plate has got six bolt holes (4AC), not eight. Strength? Any trans shop can work over a traumatic for you. As for making it work though, might take a bit of fiddling - traumatics tend to chuck a sook when connected to an engine with different vacuum characteristics to what they were 'intended' for.
