You have to have to have a mod-plate in queensland do do that sort of stuff. Most roadworthy places can inspect and make plates for seating changes, rollcage etc. Some roll cages even come with the plate (or so i have heard). The best thing to do is look up saftey cert etc in th yellow pages and ask if they do modplates and seee what they recomend to make it legal.
