I have had problems like this before.. (not on my 165 tho)In my experience when crap like this starts happening get the whole bottm end rebuilt. Otherwise it just keeps coming back over and over again. (This coming from a guy who had a magna motor stripped and back in the car 4 times in a month) It will end up far more expensive in down time and labor than it will be to just get it all done at once.
