You were talking about lengthening the originals by welding a block in!!!
This is for racing only (not suitable for road use)-
You can get another set of control arms, cut both sets so that if you add the inner end of one and attach it to the outer end of other, you will get your increased length (30mm is a lot) box the welded joint area with a flat plate.
